Allocations Coordinator

We’re hiring an Allocations Coordinator to support efficient product flow wand inventory execution across our full brand portfolio (Fjällräven, Royal Robbins, Hanwag, and Devold). This is a full-time, hourly position based in Louisville, CO and reporting to our Allocations Manager.

The anticipated wage for this position is $24.04-$26.44 per hour (approx.. $50,000-$55,000 annually).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute Product Allocations and Manage Inventory
- Perform daily product allocations for all Fenix Outdoor brands, ensuring alignment with seasonal strategies and customer ship windows
- Manage and adjust inventory levels to protect preseason and bulk orders while maximizing available stock for reorders
- Monitor, prioritize, and reserve inventory across wholesale, retail, and ecommerce channels
- Immediately allocate incoming product to pre-planned orders and accounts, addressing any factory shortages or inventory shrinkage
Fulfill and Track Orders Across Channels
- Analyze fulfillment timelines and delivery windows to maximize order completion and in-stock rates
- Monitor and adjust B2B order fulfillment to meet shipping window expectations and communicate delays or changes to internal teams
- Regularly review open orders in the AX system, identifying unfilled items and resolving inventory shortages across all channels (B2B and DTC)
Partner Cross-Functionally to Minimize Risk
- Work with Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service to address oversold inventory and minimize exposure
- Coordinate closely with the Transportation team to align allocations with inbound product arrival timelines
- Support Demand Planning to align allocations with expected product availability and optimize fulfillment
Maintain Data Integrity and Improve Systems
- Review and maintain sales order profile accuracy, working with Sales and Customer Service to enforce order guidelines
- Help test and implement allocation and reservation improvements, including new platforms or system upgrades
- Compile and distribute weekly reporting on available-to-sell (ATS), oversold items, and fulfillment metrics
- Identify and escalate allocation issues caused by product delays, overages, or shortages
WHO YOU ARE
Experience and technical skills
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups
- Experience with inventory management, replenishment, or planning is preferred
