The Logistics team ensures the efficient movement of products to customers worldwide. This department oversees logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution centers, ensuring that products are delivered on time, in excellent condition, and in alignment with our sustainability goals. We focus on optimizing processes, reducing environmental impact, and maintaining seamless operations that support both our business and our commitment to responsible practices. By managing the flow of goods with precision and care, we help make Fenix Outdoor’s premium products accessible to outdoor enthusiasts everywhere.
Our Trek
We add value by supporting our global operations and ensuring that the right products reach the right places at the right time.
We manage 15 million global units, primarily sourced from suppliers based in Asia, and oversee the movement of goods through our fulfillment centers, which serve both B2B and B2C customers across North America and Europe.
Our team navigates complex global challenges while also addressing internal opportunities, like integrating brand and retail operations, expanding business intelligence capabilities, and implementing robotics in our warehouses. We are also dedicated to managing key projects and maintaining high-quality standards across all our processes.
