The anticipated wage for this position is $24.04-$26.44 per hour (approx $50,000-$55,000 annually).
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Wave Planning Analyst, you will coordinate and oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly release of orders to the warehouse to meet Fenix Outdoor’s high standards and our customers’ dynamic needs. This role plays a key part in cross-functional collaboration to streamline the flow of orders, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure timely fulfilment across all channels and brands.
This full-time position is based in our Aurora, CO warehouse and offices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Order coordination: Manage the daily flow of orders through the WMS to the warehouse floor
- Workload analysis: Analyze monthly workloads and create daily and weekly plans to ensure all fulfilment goals are met or exceeded
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with the Account Service team, Key Account Operations, and other departments to prioritize orders
- Outbound productivity: Monitor and report on outbound productivity to ensure processing times align with service level expectations. Communicate deviations promptly.
- System troubleshooting: Address discrepancies between ERP and WMS systems to maintain smooth operations. Work with systems analysts to improve these systems
- Cancellation management: Coordinate and process order cancellations across multiple systems
- Logistics support: Assist in logistics-related areas such as forecasting, distribution, inventory verification, and planning
- Provide support as back-up for the Operations Manager and Inventory Coordinator to fill-in and perform responsibilities as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite
- You have experience working with ERP and WMS systems
- You effectively prioritize your time and stay productive in quickly-changing settings
- Your attention to detail and problem-solving are strong
- You manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision
- Your attitude is positive
Preferred, but not required:
While not required, our top candidates may have some or all of the following:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Manhattan SCALE
